We use Snappy White Popcorn which is a premium, Iowa-grown, non-GMO, and gluten-free popcorn, known for its light, tender, and crispy texture with fewer and smaller hulls. We pop in100% white coconut oil (no seed oils for us), which gives a subtle nutty, and slightly creamy taste that enhances that natural popcorn flavor without overpowering it. A final addition is a small dash of salt to enhance all those wonderful popcorn flavors.
