Our white popcorn is still made the same way as when the stand first came to Iowa Falls in 1948. We use Snappy White Popcorn which is a premium, Iowa-grown, non-GMO, and gluten-free, known for its light, tender, and crispy texture with fewer and smaller hulls. We pop in100% white coconut oil, which gives a subtle sweet, nutty, and slightly creamy taste that enhances our natural popcorn flavor without overpowering it. Final addition is a small dash of salt to enhance all those wonderful popcorn flavors.
